The four days BPL course basically consists of five core elements. Many of the topics will be worked with in different ways and sometimes simultaneously which makes good sense as they are connected.
Speaking of leadership and what it takes to go 'beyond', they are all important elements. Michèle has used these elements and methods to create results in projects, and she has seen excellent leaders do the same.
