Michèle Gundstrup - Head Coach and Founder

Michèle is a right brained creative Change Agent - with structure and business focus in her engineering bones. She is the founder and owner of Beyond Project Leadership. 

For Michèle Beyond Project Leadership is a mindset, an attitude, an approach and a way of working with valuebased leadership to create outstanding business results.

Originally graduated with a Master degree in chemical engineering and further education in change management & organisational development, Michèle has worked extensively with projects, where targets have been extraordinary, and where it has been essential to keep the business focus at the forefront of every people initiative taken.

Michèle experiences stretches across project management, leadership training, design- and implementation of organisational change processes, use of Strategic HR tools to reach unique goals, build up and training of sublime teams, as well as coaching managers to succeed with ‘the impossible’. All with organisational performance in focus.

Michèle has in more than 20 years been employed in TOTAL, NNE,  Novo Nordisk, Novozymes and FLSmidth , where she has worked within the areas of leadership, project execution excellence, design- and implementation of larger changes in the organisation, knowledge management, the use of strategic HR, training of teams to high performance and coaching of leaders to succeed with the impossible tasks. She has a long track record from various projects within engineering, biotech and pharma.

Previously she has worked for Pathfinder A/S, where she worked with leadership from the Pathfinder point of view; a concept and training aiming at transformative leadership development. You can read more about that at the Pathfinder web.

The unique combination of the Pathfinder training concept & mindset , and Michèle's practical experiences from various engineering projects form the basis of the techniques used in Beyond Project Leadership.

Michèle belives that it is the way you are driving your personal leadership, that makes the difference. She finds, that you need to be so connected to yourself and your relatives, that you understand and 'feel' what happens around you. That you can sense the energy, be in flow and seize the moment. That kind of leadership requires that you have the courage to lead not only with your brain, but with your entire body and soul.

'Be the change you want to see' is one of Michèle's favorite quotes. 'When the going get tough, the toughs get going' is another one. For people knowing her, it is obvious that she choose these two quotes.
