Michèle holds a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering and has completed further education in leadership, strategic HR business partnership, change management, and organizational psychology methods and tools.
For more than 20 years, Michèle has held roles as a people manager, project manager, change leader, and management consultant. She has worked as an independent consultant at times, but primarily in senior positions within large global technical organizations, including NNE, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, FLSmidth, MT Højgaard, and TOTAL Energies.
Throughout her career, she has led major change initiatives and been part of leadership teams tackling highly challenging tasks. She has built and guided high-performance teams to achieve extraordinary results and trained leaders to deliver business outcomes by treating leadership as a discipline.
Michèle has also designed and adapted People & Culture functions, focusing on simplifying and streamlining core HR disciplines, aligning processes with business needs, and strengthening strategic leadership of the P&C area.
The common thread in her work has always been a sharp focus on the organization’s strategic goals – combined with her ability to identify what it takes to engage people, foster strong team spirit, and make things happen.
As a trainer and facilitator of transformative leadership programs, she brings her full experience from technical, project, and organizational leadership into the classroom. She ensures participants don’t just learn the theory, but develop leadership skills that enable them to create extraordinary results through authentic leadership and teamwork.
As a leader herself, Michèle follows a philosophy rooted in trust, collaboration, and integrity. She promotes a mindset where “One for all, all for one” applies both within the leadership team and across the wider organization. She creates an environment where people can act freely, feel safe, and perform at their best – and she stands by the principle that her word is her bond.
Today, Michèle serves as People & Culture Director at STENA Recycling Denmark, which means she is only able to act as Head Coach for the BPL Core program about 1–2 times per year.
