In 2010 Novozymes, PROMAN decided to use the BPL program as their 3rd and final module in their internal project management training program.
The PROMAN division are in charge of the design and execution of the 3-module leadership program. The first 2 modules, PROMANI & PROMANII, are covering all basic project management and leadership tools for running projects in Novozymes. The 3rd module - the BPL program (or PROMANIII as people in NZ use to call it) is on top of that and is dealing with personal leadership to make things happen.
The administration of the agreement between BPL and Novozymes has now moved to NZ P&O - and the program is offered to all kind of leaders in Novozymes. Both formal projectleaders, and e.g. specialists and linemanagers that want to strengthen their personal leadership skills.
Every year there is thereby leaders from novozymes participating in the BPL programs announced here on the BPL web. These BPL programs include participants from severel companies, so the NZ leaders get the chance to sparre with leaders from other industries.
At the BPL program the Novozymes leaders get the same tools and mindset as the leaders from Novozymes participating at the Pathfinder Program. Thereby Novozymes ensure a common language, toolbox and mindset, and an accellerated implementation in the organisation.
Michèle is frequently used as consultant in Novozymes to solve specific tasks and projects, where the tools and mindset from BPL are core elements in the execution.
