We see this and celebrate it when we meet previous participants at networking events or during projects in their respective organizations.
Over time, however, we also notice a desire to continue the journey and take the next step. That’s why we created the special programs,
BPL Master Work, which dive deeper into selected leadership elements – still in the same spirit and approach that define BPL Core.
BPL MasterWork is our series of specialized programs for those who want to sharpen their leadership skills and take home practical, effective tools.

Some of these programs require that you have previously attended the BPL 4-Day Core Program or completed other work with us, so that you are familiar with and have practiced the foundational tools and mindset we use.
