Talking about ’projects’ we define these in broad terms as larger task, sharing a common goal where you are dependent on a team performance in order to reach your goals. You may hold the role as the project manager in a formal project, or you are the line manager or specialist heading a larger task or assignment.
Maybe you are already trained as a ’Pathfinder’ or have colleagues who are, and together you wish to boost your organisation’s energy level using the ’Pathfinder’-concepts.
