In BPL we work using several of the tools also used in the Pathfinder programs.
Michèle introduces the tools in an operational, intuitive manner making the tools naturally applicable in a busy schedule, in the same way she has used them throughout her experience.
The tools you will get familiar with on BPL are:
- HBDI™ - a technique based on the question of establishing thinking profiles as the starting point for individual and team-based development processes. HBDI™ stands for Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument and was developed by Ned Herrmann, inspired by pioneers in the field of brain research.
- The V-Model – Drexler/Sibbet Team performance model
- The U-Model – shared “presencing” of a future goal (developed by Otto Scharmer, MIT, Boston, USA)
- The proactive plan and its implementation in your project.
- Graphic game plans – graphic presentation of action plans.
- Reflection and dialogue – linked to your project in the organisation
