- Design and execution of goal-oriented training courses for leaders and agents of change in order to prepare them to carry on changes in the company
- Planning of communication plans, preparation of communication material and making the management group ready for larger realignment and organizational processes of change
- Leading of the proces of change, communication and anchorage of change in relation to introduction of new operations and new technology
- Integration of new units in the organisation, for example when buying up new units or merging existing units
- Design, planning and facilitation of various seminars and workshops
- Implementation of annual classic HR processes, like staff progress, Organizational Review and Performance Management
- Leader (and interim management) of Human Ressource Development and Organizational Development units
