Typical tasks

Some of the typical tasks Michèle has worked with for different companies in recent years are listed below:
  • Construction and leadership of Project Leadership Partner units
  • Risk analysis of projects and determination of action plans to minimize the risk
  • The role as Project Organisation Manager (Project Leadership Partner) on heavy engineering projects and a regular part of the management group
  • Planning and facilitation of effective kick offs on projects
  • Courses where Michèle follows the leaders in their everyday worklife and continuously coaches them in relation to team, communication, leadership and to carry on changes
  • Design of common concepts for the start-up of a number of projects in a larger strategic operation and facilitation of kick off on all projects
  • Competence mapping of critical non-technical competences for the company and to connect it to the strategy of the current situation, analysing gaps and determining actions to minimize gaps
  • Adjusting the company's comprehensive strategy to the units and facilitation of the management group's preparation of action plans on a tactic and operational level
  • Construction of leadership training courses targeted the company's needs in order to accelerate daily performance and get prepared for future demands
  • Design and execution of goal-oriented training courses for leaders and agents of change in order to prepare them to carry on changes in the company
  • Planning of communication plans, preparation of communication material and making the management group ready for larger realignment and organizational processes of change
  • Leading of the proces of change, communication and anchorage of change in relation to introduction of new operations and new technology
  • Integration of new units in the organisation, for example when buying up new units or merging existing units
  • Design, planning and facilitation of various seminars and workshops
  • Implementation of annual classic HR processes, like staff progress, Organizational Review and Performance Management
  • Leader (and interim management) of Human Ressource Development and Organizational Development units
