The BPL courses are built on untraditional and inspiring methods - like the work of both Pathfinder and Beyond Project Leadership. The methods are very effective and based on simple tools and knowledge that lead to an understanding of how to create a meaningful future for your worklife, family life and personal life.
The goal is to develop leaders and specialists with qualifications that allow them to lead changes and innovationsprocesses and to show leadership that aims to reach ambitious goals together with both colleagues and employees.
You will be inspired to learn what it takes for you to create another form of leading strength. You will also learn what it means to be in flow and be fully present where you are.
'Go with the flow' and 'be the change you want to see' are two expressions you will get a completely different understanding of after a four days training course.
In Beyond Project Leadership™ we will alternate constantly between three learning tracks:
- Theory, in which you will be introduced to various models, techniques etc.
- Practical exercises, in which you will work on your own project based on the models and techniques to which you have been introduced.
- Brainstorming with others and sharing the insights you arrive at
Along the way you will also benefit from the rich experience of the Head Coach, Michèle Gundstrup, who has worked as a coach on all sorts of ambitious projects, mainly in pharmaceutical production, construction engineering and management consultancy. She is now working in the Global Consulting, Business Excellence unit in NNE Pharmaplan (used to be named Novo Nordisk Engineering, NNE).

Focus is exclusively on your leadership skills and talents for creating a high performance team.
This includes:
- Building the team and getting off to the right start
- Detailed proactive planning
- Grasping your colleagues’ different ways of thinking and communicating by means of “whole brain thinking”
- Creating a common understanding in terms of the goal
- Creating a culture that motivates and fosters genuine commitment from everyone in the team
- Focus on being authentic as a leader
- Understanding and feeling the genuine force within, which distinguishes ‘Leadership’ from ‘Management’ and which can transport you beyond
