Michèle has a master's degree in engineering and has continuing education in management, strategic HR business partnership, change management and organizational psychology.
For the past more than 20 years, Michèle has worked with managers at NNE, Novo Nordisk, Novozymes, Haldor Topsøe, FLSmidth, Sjællands Universitets Hospital and other companies, where she has established and processed high performance teams and trained managers in achieving business results by focus on 'leadership' as a discipline.
She has also e.g. been part of the management team of several of NNE's large full scale engineering projects.
Michèle established the company Beyond Project Leadership, and developed the 4-day BPL program while she was employed in Pathfinder - as a combination of the mindset in the Pathfinder program and all the practical experience Michèle has as a leader.
Linking all the theories to practicalities in real life is essential to Michèle, why she constantly integrate new elements to the BPL programs - elements that are based on her experience in her daily fulltime jobs in the field working with leaders and projects.
In the periods 2014-2015 and 2017-2018, Michèle has devoted herself completely to Beyond Project Leadership, and thus could both act as Head Coach on the BPL courses, and work as a Management Consultant on assignments for BPL's customers.
Michèle currently works as Head of HR in one of Denmark's largest construction companies,
MTHøjgaard Denmark, and can therefore only be Head Coach on the BPL Core program approximately once a year.
