Signe Munk

Signe holds a M.Sc. in Chemical Engineering and a Ph.D. (in Biotech).

After completing her Ph.D., Signe began her career as a research scientist and subsequently advanced through roles as project leader, department manager, R&D director of a business unit and on to VP roles.

Over the past 13 years, Signe has held VP positions at Novozymes
(now Novonesis), Hempel, and Ferrosan Medical Devices leading R&D and Business Development functions. Signe has always had a deep curiosity about what makes leadership successful - and how organisations can turn potential into real performance. Alongside her practical leadership experience, she has completed several executive leadership programs in Denmark, Switzerland (at IMD) and in the US, and is a certified facilitater of the Immunity to Change™ process developed by Professor Robert Kegan.

Signe has a passion for helping teams transform science and technology into successful business growth solving real user needs. Signe thrives at the intersection of innovation, R&D and business development, bridging technical insight with strong business acumen needed to deliver products that create real market impact.

With a background spanning biotech, industrial, and medtech sectors, Signe brings deep insight into the complexity organizations face today — and how leaders can successfully navigate it.

As a trainer and facilitator, Signe brings her broad experience in innovation, commercial development, strategic partnerships, and organisational development into play. She works to ensure that teams not only reach their goals — but grow their ability to lead and collaborate with clarity and purpose.

Signe believes that true progress happens when everyone contributes to a common vision. She creates an environment where people feel safe to speak openly, take ownership, and perform at their best.
