BLOGGEN: Welcome 14 new BPLs from Novozymes

On Friday April 24 we ended 4 AWESOME days at Kragerup Gods. 4 days where 14 leaders from Novozymes locations all over the world were working on their personal leadership. What a team! What an energy!!
It was a great pleasure to be head coach for these 4 days of training, and I'm looking forward to hear about the acceleration in their projects. Look out for them - they are all walking with shiny eyes and have the licence to thrill!
Join me in congradulating them with their new 'Beyond Project Leadership' title!
