BLOGGEN: A poem about leadership.....

Last week 16 leaders from Novozymes were gathered at Kragerup to attend the BPL program. 16 leaders that during these 4 days took huge steps into leadership beyond, reflected and shared their insights.
The last day Guifang, Senior Department Manager from Novozymes China, shared a poem about leadership with all of us. A poem that definately created 'shiny eyes' for all of us.....
On behalf of Guifang I hereby share it with all of you BPLs out there as inspiration :
“Walk a little slower, Daddy!” Said a little child so small.
“I am following in your footprints and I don’t want to fall.
Sometimes your steps are very fast, sometimes they’re hard to see;
So walk a little slower Daddy, for you are leading me".
Someday when I grow up, I will also have a little child who’ll want to follow me.
And I would want to lead just right, and know what is my true.
So, walk a little slower, Daddy, for I must follow you!”
